Your non-perishable food
donations go to Frieden's Pantry at 2414 W. Vliet St. which
serves those living in zip codes 33, 05 and 08.
HEALTHY FOODS LOW IN FAT, SALT AND SUGAR ARE OFTEN
NEEDED FOR PEOPLE WITH DIABETES AND HEART DISEASE.Canned
vegetables, sauces, fruit, meals in a can, peanut butter,
powdered milk, rice, beans, pasta, cereal are also needed.
Infant formulas -- soy and milk based -- are especially
appreciated.
Treats for the children are welcome - ovaltine, cookies,
jello and pudding mixes.
